What is your returns policy?
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. In the unlikely event that any of our creations is found damaged or defective please do inform us at email@example.com
Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you had received it along with original invoice, preferably in original packaging. Please email us within 2 days of receiving the product and return the product within 4 days from the date on which your order was delivered.
All returns are subject to quality check at our end. Once the return is accepted and confirmed, you will be offered an exchange or money refund. In the case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
Am I eligible for a refund?
As all our pieces are made to order, we will be unable to accept returns and refund unless the garment is damaged or defective.
Do you offer reverse pick-up?
No, we do not offer reverse order pick-up. Any return should be sent by you at your own responsibility. Please share the courier name and tracking number with us once you have dispatched the product in order to confirm receipt at our end.
