Indians are born and grow up with finery, luxury and heirloom in everyday life. We are intensely obsessed with drama and everything in excess and voluminous. So inherent maximalism and old-time grandiose is a natural for us.

We are biased towards historical characters and period films, therefore love reviving cultures, craft and textiles from different historical eras and dramatising them through reinvented drapes and decadent details.

Any inconsistencies in the hand-painted, hand-dyed, hand-embroidered, hand-knotted and hand-woven pieces are what make the outfits special and is a part and parcel of working with these gifted artisans that we cherish above all. Due to the uniqueness of these crafts, no two pieces are the same nor can they be recreated in the exact same way. That's its beauty and magic!
