What are the shipping charges?
All delivery within India is free and the charges are completely borne by us.
For International customers: We charge a minimum of Rs 3500 /- depending upon the country and the weight of the parcel.
Are any duties and taxes applicable?
All of our orders are shipped internationally from our studio in Ahmedabad/Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. NikitaVishakha takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
Yes, you can change the shipping address before it is billed or shipped. Please contact our Customer Care Team on orders@nikitavishakha.com or call/whatsapp at +91 9167865001.
When will my order be delivered?
The estimated delivery time will differ for each order. As all our pieces are made to order, typically, we take around 10 to 15 business days to dispatch an order.
Some pieces may take 28 to 35 days for dispatch, depending on the garment’s style and your location. In case you require your order urgently, please do contact our Customer Care Team on orders@nikitavishakha.com or +91 9167865001 before placing your order.
International shipping may take 20 to 30 days to deliver.
Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. We promise to keep you updated at every step.
How do I track my order?
We try to deliver all our orders as soon as possible ensuring the products reach you on time. If you wish to track your order, please get in touch with us on +91 9167-865001 or email us at orders@nikitavishakha.com. We can provide you with the courier tracking number upon request.
I am based out of India and want to place an order for delivery in India. Can I do that?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to India by placing it from anywhere in the world. Please ensure you enter the correct PIN code in the shipping address.
Can I book an order for delivery to more than one address?
No. You will need to place separate orders for different shipping addresses
